At Lady Luna’s Magic & Ritual, every potion, candle, and ritual kit is crafted and curated with care. Because many of our items are handmade, unique, and ritual-based, we kindly ask you to review our return policy below:

✦ Returns & Exchanges

• Unopened, unused items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

• Due to the personal and spiritual nature of ritual tools, opened items, candles that have been burned, herbs, or incense that has been used cannot be returned.

✦ Non-Returnable Items

• Custom orders or personalized ritual kits

• Opened consumable products (such as edible shimmer dust or potion ingredients)

• Sale or clearance items

✦ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
